Hi! I'm Francis an advid paper crafter and Cricut machine enthusiast, scrapbooking, cardmaking and Summit Speaker.I've been a crafter since childhood but in 2008 is when I first turned my passion for paper crafting into a business. I launched my online store on eBay with a 100% satisfaction rating all the while suffering a health event making me unable to walk. This is why I am passionate about teaching others because I enjoy being part of the crafting community and help others make money from home doing what they love. If I can do it so can you.

In 2011 my health improved and I began to teach scrapbooking, card making, paper crafts and Cricut for Beginners through Michaels' Arts and Crafts (Michaels) store at two locations. There I became a Certified Scrapbooking Instructor through EK Success. I also joined Close to My Heart (CTMH) and began to teach card making and scrapbooking. During this time I also obtained my PHD in Scrapbooking from Close to My Heart. My old blog was launched and I won a few design contests online.In 2012, I was asked to teach at a much larger scale, a Scrapbooking Convention, for both CTMH and Michaels. I choose Michaels and reached one of my goals that year. To teach at a much larger scale like a convention.By 2018, I took a break from teaching and was no longer with CTMH. I was in a major car accident and need time to recover and spend time family.

Moving forward to recent years, toward the end of 2019, I began suffering with chronic back pain I was unable to showcase, ship or even track orders; needing to close my booming jewelry business. I was also laid off my full time job which was fine for me since I really couldn't work anymore. By the end of 2020, I needed more back surgery. In 2022, I had another surgery with an inplanted nerve stimulator. This provided some relief but I am still in chronic pain. After seeing five neurologists, five treatment options, and four surgeries later, there are no viable options left for me. I had to figure out my new normal.

Being a go getter and unable to reach my full potential was difficult for me but I choose to figure out a way to make money from home with flexible hours. I began teaching online classes on how to use Cricut machine to make unique projects. In 2022, I became a Close to My Heart Independent Consultant again. I began doing in person card workshops and was a speaker at five online Cricut craft summits in 2022 with over 20,000 people reach world wide.

In 2024, I moved from Pennsylvania to Delaware. It was a huge adjustment I was missing my friends, customers, and crafting community. I would attend the occasional crop in PA to stay connected. In March 2024, Close to My Heart announced they were closing their business and consultants have the opportunity to join Stampin' UP! in May of 2024. This change has allowed me to focus on what is really important to me that is building a local crafting community. This community will incorporate both in person workshops and online. With this new focus a new blog and Youtube channel was born.
